Help without the runaround.

Email [email protected] for account help, billing questions, privacy requests, bug reports, or feedback. Include the device and browser you use and a short description of what happened.

Never send journal text, one-time sign-in links, session tokens, encryption keys, or payment details in a support message.

Email links expire after 15 minutes and work once. Request a fresh link, then open only the newest message on the same device where you want to use Lunospark. Check spam or filtered folders if the message does not arrive.

For Apple or Google sign-in, use the same provider account each time. If provider sign-in remains unavailable, use the email option with the same email address and include the visible error in your support message.

Lunospark keeps an on-device draft when a save cannot reach the server. Reconnect and leave the app open briefly so pending changes can synchronize. If two devices changed the same page, Lunospark asks which version to keep.

If text appears missing, stop editing on the second device and contact support before deleting or replacing either version.

Attachments must stay within the file-size and account-storage limits shown by the app. If a file will not open, confirm that you are online and signed into the account that uploaded it.

Removing a journal page also removes its attachments. Keep an independent copy of irreplaceable files.

Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling the app or signing back into an existing account. The purchase must belong to the Apple account that originally subscribed and must be restored into the matching Lunospark account.

Apple manages App Store charges, cancellations, and eligible refund requests. Lunospark support can help verify entitlement status but cannot see full card details.

Account settings includes journal export, sign out everywhere, and permanent account deletion. Export before deleting if you want a copy. Deletion cannot be undone.
