A clear agreement.

These Terms govern your use of the Lunospark website, iPhone app, API, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

You must be at least 16, or the minimum age required to consent to an online service where you live. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and any Apple or Google account used for sign-in secure and for activity performed through your Lunospark account.

You keep ownership of the entries, attachments, and other content you add. Pattern reports and temporary weekly reflection drafts are generated from your content only when you request them. A weekly reflection becomes journal content only after you explicitly save it. You give Lunospark a limited permission to host, encrypt, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the service you request.

You are responsible for having the right to store anything you upload. Do not use Lunospark to store unlawful content, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

New accounts receive a 14-day trial unless the sign-up screen says otherwise. After the trial, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription. Current plan prices are shown before purchase and may vary by country, currency, taxes, and storefront.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Purchases made through Apple are billed and managed by Apple. You can cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. A cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally refund the current billing period. Any refund request is handled under the rules of the storefront that processed the purchase.

Restoring a purchase reconnects the subscription entitlement to the same Lunospark account. Do not create a second account when trying to restore access.

We work to keep Lunospark dependable, but no online service is available without interruption. Maintenance, provider failures, security incidents, legal requirements, or events outside our control can affect availability.

We may improve, remove, or replace features. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. Beta or preview features may change more quickly and should not be used as the only copy of critical information.

You can export your journal or permanently delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes active entries, pattern reports, bookmarks, attachments, subscription records, and sessions. You should export anything you want to keep before deletion.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Lunospark or other people, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. We will give notice when the circumstances allow it.

Lunospark is a writing and organization tool. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency advice. If you need urgent help, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service in your location.

The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Lunospark is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

When you download Lunospark through the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for operating Lunospark, providing support, or handling claims about the service, except where Apple’s terms say otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
